Welcome Home Outreach Ministries is a United States 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation governed by a Board of Directors based in California, chaired by Jimmie Domaschofsky. The Board is comprised of Christians from a variety of faith communities who are committed to extending Christ’s love to needy children and families in the Vicente Guerrero area. A group of Mexican business and community leaders serves as an Advisory Board and lends a national perspective to the operation of the Welcome Home facility.
