Needs List

There are always needs, big and small, around the Welcome Home facility. Here are some of current needs we are praying about. Contact us if you or your church are interested in funding, or helping fund, any of these:

Ongoing Operational Support

The operation of this ministry requires consistent monthly financial support in order to keep the doors open serving the children and their families, free of charge. Staff salaries, food, transportation and utility costs are ongoing and must be met. We are seeking faithful donors who will help underwrite these expenses at any dollar level. Or, you as an individual, your church or small group may want to consider giving at a higher level:

  • PARTNERS — churches, groups, and individuals to help underwrite the general operating budget at a level of $2,400 or more per year ($200 per month).
  • AMIGOS — churches, small groups, families,or individuals who will commit to consistent monthly donations at any level.

Grounds and Vehicles

  • Work truck (with compartment for tools)
  • New stove/oven/griddle for the kitchen
  • 6 foot center-folding white sturdy tables
  • Commercial size Washing Machine
  • New flooring in the meeting room
  • Future rebuilding of apartment and dorms above library
  • Sturdy medal preschool age tricycles

Construction Tools

  • Trowels for brick/block and mortar (10-12 in. rectangular and 7-8 in. pointed)
  • Milwaukee or Ridgid brand impact drills
  • Nail gun for roofing (1 1/4 inch nails)
  • Tape Measures (25 ft. +)
  • Welding gloves
  • 24 or 48 inch levels
  • Saw horses
  • Wood sander
  • Medium sized generator
  • Razor knives and blades
  • Construction pencils
